The cross-cutting theme of the third part is the musical voice. European musical speech at all stages and in all aspects is inseparable from the phenomenon of "voice", so the consistent study of this phenomenon - its essence and its millennial evolution - is, at the same time, a tool for studying the essence and internal evolution of the European musical organism itself.
